Beginner's questions

I have installed ERP.  Seems promising.

Need some guidance on the following:

- Is this ERP for companies that have multiple stores with stocked items?

- What is a customer book or supplier book?  Is it description of a customer?

- Where do I put information about my own company:  Is it in ERP->Store?

- Is there documentation for importing items?

- Do I create Categories & Manufacturer vocabularies or is it created automatically as I import items?

- I am unable to create accounts in ERP->Accounting->Accounts.  I keep getting an empty list of accounts

- For a services business, I want to add labor hours, labor rates in invoices.  How do I accomplish this?
