The account you create should automatically have access to all but the admin user permissions on the demo site.
We don't provide admin access to the demo site at this stage.

I can't access (demo site) erp -> item -> item detail (access denied)

That small permission issue should now be fixed, and if you want to setup your own full StratosERP locally, then you can use the information at the quick start page - http://stratoserp.com/quick-start - to get things up and going quickly.
I have create a account at your demo site and now I can access some part of your demo site. It will be good if you can post a demo account for other to access.
